It’s All About Buko was founded by JOEL U. CANILLAS. While (Joel) has been patronizing healthy and organic food and beverage which he has been eating for some time, it was in 2015 that he decided to launch It’s All About Buko. Through his enthusiasm to discover something within the locality, he came up with producing a wholesome food that in the latter can attract health conscious consumers. He envisioned the food for its essence that it can give not just the taste but the purpose as well.

It’s All About Buko’s humble beginning was just introduced on sidewalks with only three branches, in the city proper area, one in the Public Transportation terminal in Carmen, Davao del Norte, and another one in Apokon Road. Compacted with a small and narrow green cart installed in a limited floor area. As it began to commerce to the locality, it was not as famous and gainful for a start. It turned out that more opportunities and customers can be possibly foreseen when doing the business inside a Mall, so It’s All About Buko continually rising up, tried the opportunity to open and operate. Mr. Canillas risks the business to endeavor inside a mall and fortunately, It’s All About Buko was all set and improving in the locality, Hence, the operation started in Gaisano Grand Mall of Tagum Ground floor fronting grocery section, JS Gaisano Tagum at food court , Gaisano Mall of Tagum located at 3rd floor Food Court. Exploring the expansion of the business, other branches were now opened in Robinson’s Place and JS Gaisano Kapalong. Woods & Vines was also operating and NCCC Mall of Tagum ground floor fronting grocery section with an annex branch at 4th floor of the same mall were recently opened.

It needs the total determination to find resources and full indulgence to satisfy clienteles. On the other hand, it was also a two way collaboration between us and to our employees. Aside from the improvement of the business, this could help and provide employment and access opportunities to interested individuals and coconut farmers as part and a collaborative force to make a success of this business.

It’s All About Buko is in Tagum City and is a distinctive food and beverage restaurant franchise focusing on providing organic, healthy, and/or premium food and beverage product. Our product line fits nicely with health trends across the globe – as individuals seek healthier lifestyles complemented by natural and organic food.

The Company aims to expand its restaurants/stalls throughout the whole of region 11. From there, management is seeking to open Its All About Buko in the whole of Mindanao over the next five years. The goal for the Company will be to manage at least 20 restaurants/stalls over the next five years. Including domestic growth in region 11, as well as the development of Mindanao. It’s All About Buko’s business model-menu, décor, and service- will be replicated in each location to ensure consistency across the brand.
